10 Things I Always Pack in My EPCOT Bag

Whether I’m spending the day strolling through World Showcase, riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, or stopping for snacks at every festival booth, there are a few things I never leave behind.

EPCOT is one of my favorite Disney parks because it’s easy to spend an entire day exploring. Having the right essentials in my park bag keeps me comfortable from rope drop to nighttime fireworks.

Here’s everything I always pack before heading to EPCOT.

1. Portable Charger

Your phone will work overtime at EPCOT. Between mobile ordering, Lightning Lane, taking photos, checking wait times, and using the My Disney Experience app, your battery drains quickly.

A compact portable charger is always the first thing I toss into my bag.

2. Refillable Water Bottle

Florida heat can be intense, especially during Food & Wine Festival or Flower & Garden Festival.

There are plenty of places to refill your bottle throughout the park, helping you stay hydrated while saving money.

3. Mini Sunscreen

Even if you apply sunscreen before leaving your resort, you’ll want to reapply throughout the day.

A travel-size bottle fits easily inside any crossbody or belt bag.

4. Cooling Towel

This is one of my favorite Disney park essentials.

Simply wet it, wring it out, and place it around your neck for instant relief during hot afternoons.

5. Portable Neck Fan

When the humidity starts climbing, a rechargeable neck fan makes walking around World Showcase much more comfortable.

It’s one of those items I didn’t realize I needed until I brought one.

6. Comfortable Walking Shoes

EPCOT is one of the largest Disney parks, and it’s easy to walk more than 20,000 steps in a single day.

Supportive walking shoes make a huge difference by the end of the night.

7. Small Crossbody or Belt Bag

I prefer a lightweight bag that keeps my essentials organized without weighing me down.

It holds everything I need while staying comfortable on attractions.

8. Hand Sanitizer

Between rides, festival booths, and snack stops, hand sanitizer is something I reach for throughout the day.

A small bottle takes almost no space.

9. Lip Balm

The combination of sun, wind, and air conditioning can leave your lips feeling dry.

I always keep one tucked into an inside pocket.

10. Foldable Shopping Tote

EPCOT is one of the easiest places to find merchandise you’ll actually want to bring home.

Whether it’s festival merchandise, souvenirs, or snacks from World Showcase, a lightweight reusable tote comes in handy without taking up much room.

My Favorite EPCOT Bag Setup

Everything above fits comfortably inside a medium-sized crossbody or belt bag.

My goal is to pack light while still having everything I need for a full Disney day.

When I don’t have to stop and buy forgotten essentials, I spend more time enjoying attractions, trying festival food, and exploring the countries around World Showcase.

Final Thoughts

Packing the right essentials can make a long Disney day much more enjoyable. A little planning goes a long way, especially at EPCOT, where you’ll likely spend hours walking, eating, and exploring.

These are the items I never leave behind, and they’ve helped make every visit more comfortable and stress-free.
